Right now there is a rapid paradigm shift happening to the American work force and across the globe. Either one of two things are happening to every family. Either we seek to have measured control over this shift or we are swept away by it. Many families have been devastated by the fact that their financial future’s have depended on the very institutions which are now failing. We have allowed exterior forces to completely take over the peace and harmony we have enjoyed for so many years. However, there is an option for many of us – if we choose.
